As Team Lead Strategic Venturing You play a central role in building up our specialized network of startups, SMEs, science and investors. Together with your team, you develop tailor-made formats that create real added value for these target groups — and take responsibility for their successful implementation.

You are responsible for:

The targeted development of our Europe-wide GreenTech network

the design and implementation of medium-sized and investor formats for/ with GreenTech StartUps.

The development of network-related start-up offers, particularly with SMEs from the energy sector and industry

As the “Ministry of Foreign Affairs,” our appearance at events and events

The Strategic Development of the Division into the Future

The Leadership and Management of the Three-Person Team

At least 5 years of relevant operational experience in the start-up sector (e.g. Venture Capital, Corporate Venturing, Venture Clienting, StartUp Hubs...)

Management experience: You can lead a team forward in a dynamic environment.

Strategic thinking and ability to develop strategies

Strong network capability and ideally an existing network in the GreenTech sector.

Team Spirit and Communication: You are proactive, open and love working in a team.

Passion for green transformation & Tech mindset: You are convinced that with GreenTech Start-Up Innovations, we can make a significant contribution to solving the major problems of our time

Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
