Co-invest in early stage GreenTech Startups with Start-Up BW Pre-Seed
Standardised contracts with freely selectable interest rates
L-Bank's professional, standardized contract already supports more than 400 co-investments concluded through start-up BW Pre-Seed. The interest rate should be normal on the market and may be negotiated freely.
20% discount on company valuation
Co-investors receive a 20 percent discount on the pre-money company valuation in the following financing round.
Minimum 3% conversion rate
The contract defines a conversion margin with lower and upper limits. For example, co-investors receive at least 3%, a maximum of 10% for their co-invest in the conversion.
